In a pot or saucepan, boil 4 cups of water. Once the water is boiling, pour in all the sago pearls. Cook according to the package.
One the pearls are finished cooking, rinse them under cold water. Set aside in a large bowl.
Melt together the white chocolate and coconut milk in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between.
Pour the milk mixture into the pearls, then add in the matcha powder.
Chill the pearls for at least 1 hour.
Portion into ramekins, top with mango juice and fresh berries then serve and enjoy:)
