Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sago pearls
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • mango nectar

Instructions

  • In a pot or saucepan, boil 4 cups of water. Once the water is boiling, pour in all the sago pearls. Cook according to the package.
  • One the pearls are finished cooking, rinse them under cold water. Set aside in a large bowl.
  • Melt together the white chocolate and coconut milk in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between.
  • Pour the milk mixture into the pearls, then add in the matcha powder.
  • Chill the pearls for at least 1 hour.
  • Portion into ramekins, top with mango juice and fresh berries then serve and enjoy:)
